I would love to give a big old CHA recap, but the truth is, I didn't manage to see that much. It's tricky. Navigating that big old convention center. I can tell you a few things I really loved though…
Fontwerks
The line at Fontwerks makes me want to stamp. And I'm not much of a stamper. But Kah-mei and her team have created such a focused, cool line of stuff. Cool new papers too. I can't wait to work with some of the new stuff!
Purple Cows
Really excited about their line of paper trimmers. Thanks to Ana Cabrera for giving us the run down. I'm looking forward to cutting straight, crisp lines and giving my X-actor a wee break.
BasicGrey
A perennial fave. Everything is yummy. Everything. And that new magnetic cutting board system, which I have had the pleasure of using for a while, is now something i cannot live without.
Ki Memories
Another perennial. Only this year, their new line, Love, Elsie, by none other than the super adorable and super talented Elsie Flannigan, is pretty dang cool.
Maya Road
Another great collection of products. They make me want to roll around in chipboard. Seriously.
And you know, there a lot of others out there tool. I don't mean to exclude any lines…i just wish I had more time to see stuff. I always set out with the best of intentions. And there was a company in the new exhibitors section, with "Daisy" in their name that I said I would come see, and then i got sidetracked in meetings…so ladies, if you're out there, I'd LOVE for you to send me a catalog, cool?

I've always wanted to figure out how to paste a Youtube video into my blog. I think i figured it out. So, here goes nothing. (And remember, it's pretty much always going to be some sort of Neil Finn/Crowded House related video, because it's my personal goal to build up U.S. hype for these guys, as they are reuniting, and releasing a new album this year. I want people to love them, as I love them. Okay, maybe not quite like that…because the way I love them is borderline inappropriate, seeing how I am married and what not. Seriously though…i know not everyone should like the same things in life, but I seriously drown in this man's voice. Drowning. Hard to breathe. It's sublime and hypnotic. And look at how CUTE this man is. Anyone? Is it just me? Enjoy!)
